Rookie Kay Felder may be short for the NBA at only 5’9″, but he plays with the intensity of a giant. That’s why the Cavs bought the 54th pick off the Atlanta Hawks to swoop up the Oakland University star.
Last night, Felder proved that the team made a good move. He played intensely the whole game, but one play in particular wow’d the crowd.
The Bulls had the ball on the break and tried to run an alley oop. The target was Robin Lopez, who is seven feet tall. But the 5’9″ rookie Felder flew off the floor and blocked the pass, forcing Lopez to miss and create a turn over.
Pretty impressive for a little guy.
