In the last couple of weeks, there has been chatter about The Undertaker’s future in the ring. He hasn’t wrestled in a match since WrestleMania 32 against Shane McMahon. According to Digital Spy, the Big Show believes that his longtime colleague still has a match or two left in him.
“No, I don’t think Taker’s story is done,” Show told Digital Spy ahead of the recent WWE Live in London show.
“Taker’s one of those amazing, iconic characters that has built WWE and stood by WWE through thick and thin times. He’s one of the guys that never jumped ship back in the day.
This falls in line with former commentator Jim Ross stating on his blog a few days ago that he believed The Undertaker would wrestle at WrestleMania 33. It has long been rumored that he would take part in the event with John Cena possibly being his opponent. That said, it’s still quite a ways away from happening so much could change.
There was some major concern when photos surfaced that he was using crutches to get around. However, it was revealed that he had recently undergone hip surgery, which has only heightened rumors that he will return. All in all, it look like the final chapter of The Undertaker’s career has yet to be written.
