Serge Ibaka made his name as an elite NBA player while with the Oklahoma Thunder from 2009-2016. He reached the NBA Finals in 2012 with the team. He was an NBA first team defender for 3 consecutive years from 2012 to 2014 and was the NBA season block leader in 2012 and 2013. In 2016 his tenure with the Thunder came to an end when he was part of a multi player deal that sent him to the Orlando Magic.
Ibaka faced his former team from the other side for the first time on Sunday night. The Magic edged the Thunder out 119-117. The best part of the night was that Ibaka hit the gaming winning shot against his former team with only 0.4 seconds remaining on the clock. Check it out below:
It was a great drive to the hoop that must have left a very sour taste in the mouth of Thunder fans everywhere. The game winner ends up being even more exciting if you take what Ibaka has to say about it into account:
Serge Ibaka said he never hit a game-winning basket at any level of basketball until tonight's Magic win over the Thunder.

Serge Ibaka and the Orlando Magic are hoping that there are still a lot more exciting firsts for their new power forward.
