In the last couple of years, Seth Rollins has dealt with the public stigma that he’s a reckless wrestler in the ring. Fair or not, it has been a constant topic of discussion surrounding him. In light of that, Raw general manager Mick Foley recently decided to weigh in on the issue at hand.
Foley clearly has a thought out stance about this topic that he believes has unfairly placed an unsafe label on Rollins. It has only grown more serious with WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart bringing credence to it all. The number of serious injuries suffered by fellow wrestlers such as John Cena, Sting, and Finn Balor are indeed alarming but Rollins is well-regarded as one of the top performers in the business.
There’s a reason to why he has risen to the top so quickly because of what he can do in the ring. What also has to be kept in mind is that injuries are a part of the territory with nearly every superstar suffering a serious ailment at some point in time. Hopefully, within time this unfair stigma can dissipate for Rollins.
