Undertaker’s Next Match Is Already Set

It has been nearly two weeks since The Undertaker made his return to the WWE appearing on the 900th episode of Smackdown. It has created chatter about when he will step in the ring for his next match. According to Wrestling Inc., it appears that has already been all set up.

Dave Meltzer reported in the latest issue of The Wrestling Observer that there have been discussions regarding WWE Champion AJ Styles facing The Undertaker at The Royal Rumble. Meltzer noted that there may be a timing issue, given that Undertaker is currently going through rehab following his recent hip surgery.

With The Undertaker stating that he will no longer be defined by WrestleMania, this seems like the next logical choice. A match against AJ Styles for the WWE championship would be an intriguing route. If he were to win the title, it could make thing extremely interesting.
It could all boil down to him once again taking part in another WrestleMania match next April but with championship implications. There are a lot of different ways that the WWE can go about this. If this indeed the chosen route, the Deadman could see himself back in the fold.
