The Detroit Pistons are off to a mediocre start so far this year. They currently have a 7-9 record and are sitting at 9th place in the East. The biggest news with the pistons seems to be coming from off the court so to speak.
It was just recently announce that the Pistons will be returning to downtown Detroit. They haven’t played in the city of Detroit itself for 40 years. They plan to move from Auburn Hills back to the Downtown area. With this planned moves comes other positive contributions from the team:
Detroit has 60 hoops courts over 40 parks in serious "disarray." #Pistons will pay $2.5 million to upgrade them to "first-class standards."
